Your Role

As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining PowerShell-based automation solutions, Windows OS imaging and deployment processes, and endpoint management activities. You will collaborate with infrastructure, workplace services, and operations teams to streamline deployment, configuration, and management of enterprise devices.

In this role, you will:

- Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks.
- Create and enhance Windows OS deployment and imaging solutions using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and SCCM/MECM.
- Automate system configuration, software deployment, patching, and compliance activities.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Windows deployment and imaging processes.
- Support endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, migration, refresh, and decommissioning activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
- Monitor and maintain deployment environments to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Windows deployment and automation-related issues.
- Follow security and compliance standards while implementing automation solutions.

Your Profile

- 4+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting and Windows administration.




- Strong hands-on experience in developing and maintaining PowerShell automation solutions.
- Experience with Windows OS imaging and deployment technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Robust understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management.
- Experience with software packaging, deployment, and patch management processes.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting OS deployment and imaging-related issues.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace services.
- Experience in the Retail domain is preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
