Role & responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to manage day-to-day support activities for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), with a focus on Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) modules. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, familiarity with Oracle support processes, and the ability to work in a production support workplace.
- Hands-on experience in b/w 3 to 7 yrs. of supporting OFSAA FCCM modules (AML, KYC, ECM, CTR, etc.)
- Strong understanding of OFSAA architecture, data models, and batch processing framework
- Experience with Oracle support processes, including MOS SR lifecycle management
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and basic Unix/Linux commands for troubleshooting
- Experience in production support, incident management, and release/patch management
- Knowledge of financial crime compliance and regulatory reporting is a plus
