Your responsibilities:

- Process and enter critical alternative investment information (capital calls, distributions, and valuations) fo clients into a workflow/performance system
- Prepare cash reconciliations as well as wires for cash movements
- Reconcile agreed-upon metrics, including unfunded commitments, IRR, and MOIC, and exchange data flows with clients'platforms
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding ofthe customized services provided to clients
- Onboard, train, and assist with performance reviews for direct reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, onboard recent clients and historical data
- Analyze and onboard new clients' datasets
- Serve as an expert in alternative investments data management and portfolio reporting
- Assist with portfolio analysis and monitoring, risk management, and reporting
- Review client net worth reports to ensure that alternative data entered by the team is accurate
- Assist clients with report design and improvement

- MicrosoftSuite experience, including proficiency in Excel

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of Finance Operations experience (or similar)
- Fund Accounting/Alternative Investment experience is a plus but not required
