Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify MEP quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
- Handle MEP billing, client billing, subcontractor billing, and certification.
- Verify measurements and reconcile executed quantities.
- Coordinate with site execution, planning, procurement, and contracts teams.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports and MIS.
- Evaluate variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
- Maintain billing records, quantity statements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company standards.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in MEP Quantity Surveying and Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical an Plumbing, quantity estimation and billing.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, reconciliation, and variation claims.
- Valuable understanding of contracts and project cost control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP/Billing software.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
