Salary:

- Freshers: 19,000 per month (Take Home)
- 618 Months Experience: 23,000 per month (Take Home)
- 18+ Months Experience: 27,000 per month (Take Home)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls, chat, and email.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support to international customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately using CRM tools.
- Follow company quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility:

- Undergraduate or Any Graduate (No pursuing candidates).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.




- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency preferred).
- Basic computer skills and technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Willing to work in rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
