We are looking for a DFT/ATPG Engineer with 3-7+ years of experience and strong knowledge of DFT concepts, SCAN, ATPG, and simulation methodologies. The candidate should be capable of independently handling assigned tasks and working effectively in a product-based semiconductor environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- 37+ years of hands-on experience in DFT, SCAN, ATPG, and simulations.
- Robust understanding of DFT concepts and ATPG methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ATPG Trace/DRC analysis.
- Experience in Stuck-at and Transition Fault (TDF) coverage analysis.
- Experience with ATPG timing and no-timing vector simulations.
- Good exposure to Synthesis and ATPG tools, preferably Mentor/Siemens EDA tools.
- Experience in DRC and coverage analysis.
- Hands-on experience with VCS simulations, including both timing and no-timing simulations.
- Ability to independently handle assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
