Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Perform and review GC analysis, method validation, and wet chemical testing.
- Ensure timely testing of samples and accurate documentation of analytical results.
- Review analytical records, protocols, reports, and laboratory logbooks.
- Handle laboratory instruments, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Plan and monitor workload allocation within the laboratory team.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity, and safety requirements.
- Support audits, investigations, OOS/OOT, deviations, and CAPA activities.
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, reagents, standards, and laboratory consumables.
- Train and guide junior analysts on analytical techniques and documentation practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong hands-on experience in GC analysis, method validation, and wet analysis.
- Good knowledge of ICH guidelines, GMP, GLP, and laboratory compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling analytical investigations and laboratory documentation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage laboratory activities independently.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
