Role & responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct requirement discovery and business discussion sessions.
- Understand customer pain points and business objectives.
- Provide regular project updates and manage customer expectations.
- Handle client escalations and drive issue resolution.

Product Demonstrations

- Conduct live product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers.
- Explain product functionality and business workflows.
- Present newly developed features and enhancements.
- Gather customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Business Analysis

- Analyze customer business processes and workflows.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Create process flows and workflow documentation.

Product Ownership

- Own product features from requirement gathering through delivery.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Ensure delivered features meet business expectations.

Engineering Coordination

- Work closely with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management teams.
- Clarify business requirements during development.
- Resolve functional queries raised by the engineering team.
- Review completed features before customer demonstrations.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Validate completed functionality against requirements.
- Coordinate internal and customer UAT activities.
- Ensure production readiness before releases.

Documentation

Prepare and maintain:

- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Release Notes
- Product Documentation
- Meeting Minutes
- User Guides





Continuous Product Improvement

- Collect customer feedback and enhancement requests.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Recommend new features based on business value.
- Support product roadmap planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Solid presentation and client interaction skills.
- Experience working directly with US or international clients.
- Strong Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering skills.
- Product Ownership experience in Agile environments.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Technical Understanding

Candidates should have a good functional understanding of:

- Web Applications
- Mobile Applications
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- REST APIs
- Databases
- Agile/Scrum Methodology

Programming knowledge is not mandatory, but the ability to understand technical discussions is expected.

- SQL (Basic)

Experience Required

- 8 to 15 years of experience in one or more of the following roles:
- Product Owner
- Business Analyst
- Product Manager
- Functional Consultant

- Experience working with software product companies is preferred.
- Experience handling enterprise or SaaS products is an added advantage.
- Prior experience managing US customers is highly desirable.
