As part of its Business Consulting practice, you'll lead high-impact learning and capability transformation engagements for global clients while helping build a world-class consulting practice.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Partner with CXOs and business leaders to design enterprise learning and workforce transformation strategies.

- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements-from prospect identification and proposal development through execution and client success.
- Develop innovative learning solutions aligned with business transformation, digital adoption, and capability-building initiatives.
- Own client presentations, commercial solutioning, and proposal/RFP responses.
- Drive multiple consulting engagements while ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead governance across large transformation programs.




- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, capability development, and business planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning solutions across global organizations.

Your Profile

15+ years of experience in Learning Consulting, Talent & Capability Development, Workforce Transformation, or Business Consulting.

- Strong consulting experience with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience in learning strategy, capability development, leadership development, or enterprise learning transformation.
- Hands-on experience in proposal development, consulting solution design, and business development.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex consulting engagements from strategy through execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Exposure to instructional design, digital learning, AI-enabled learning, learning technologies, or immersive learning solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP, or Digital Transformation learning programs will be an added advantage.
