- Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines and/or CNC Water Jet Cutting Machines.
- Set up machines, load CNC programs, and perform machine calibration.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform sheet/material loading, alignment, and machine zero setting.
- Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type and thickness.
- Cut materials such as Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Aluminium, Copper, Brass, FRP, Composites, and other engineering materials.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and high-quality surface finish.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Measuring Tapes.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
