- Should have Solid ABAP Development/Support experience in SAP HR- ABAP engagements & OOABAP. Strong hands on SAP HR ABAP in HR-OM Module.
- Strong knowledge in RICEF (Good Programming skills in Reporting, Enhancements, Debugging, Analysis, Module Pool Programming, file Interface and ALE-IDOC Process and forms).
- Design and develop reports using Classical, Interactive, ALV, and HR Reports
- Should have hands on experience in Info type Operations, LDB Reporting (Macros, Get Pernr Event etc.) and Authorizations.
- Should have hands on in HR- OM. Strong hands on ABAP (Info types, Tables, t codes, Function Modules, BAPIs and standard and Custom Reports specific to Org mgmt. Module).
- Should have Good knowledge of HR Org Mgmt functional overview, Creation of Custom Info types, Enhancing Standard Info types and their operations.
