- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan repayments and banking collections.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment through qualified communication.
- Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer accounts.
- Achieve daily call and collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Telugu; basic English and Hindi are an added advantage.
