Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
- Build scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Design and develop APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability.
- Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code following software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to organization-wide engineering excellence initiatives focused on scalability, developer productivity, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Define and promote coding standards, architectural guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Drive technical improvements and reusable solutions that benefit multiple teams and services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical mentoring activities.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
- Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, multi-agent systems, and tool-calling frameworks.
- Develop autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, execution, and decision-making.
- Integrate AI agents with internal platforms, APIs, and business workflows.




- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend scalable adoption strategies.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI-driven systems.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming expertise in Golang.
- Experience building scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and business domains.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and intelligent automation solutions.
- Exposure to LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and distributed tracing tools.
- Familiarity with event streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Understanding of MLOps, AI evaluation frameworks, and AI governance practices.
- Experience contributing to engineering platform or developer productivity initiatives.
- Preferred Education B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Candidates from premier institutes preferred. IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology). NITs (National Institutes of Technology). BITS Pilani. IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology). Top-tier engineering colleges with strong computer science programs.
