Job Description

We are hiring experienced customer support professionals with 23 years of pure International Voice Process experience to join our team in Hyderabad.

Important Note: This is strictly an International Voice Process. Candidates with experience only in Non-Voice, Chat, or Domestic processes will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound international customer queries over the phone with high professionalism.
- Provide effective resolution to customer inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.




- Adapt quickly to mid-day/noon shifts as per operational requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues efficiently..

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an International Voice Process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong active listening.
- Shift Comfort: Must be comfortable working in Noon Shifts.
- Work Mode: Comfortable working in a Hybrid setup (Office location: Hyderabad).
- Location: Must currently reside in Hyderabad or be willing to relocate immediately.
- Notice Period: Must be an Immediate Joiner (or maximum 15 days notice).
