Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data analytics and insurance domain projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing data transformation initiatives and working with modern data platforms while driving successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Project Management.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C;).
- Strong understanding of Policy, Claims, Billing, and Customer data models.
- Experience working with Guidewire or InsuranceNow ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
- Immediate joiners with excellent communication skills only.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP Certification.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM/Protected).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML-driven data transformation initiatives.
