Role Overview

Tranzeal is looking for experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists with strong domestic staffing experience. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role and is not a Team Lead, Lead Recruiter, or Manager position. The role is focused on end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, and delivering quality talent solutions.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in full-time hiring (90% focus), excellent sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully closing positions across various technology skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Drive full-time hiring initiatives with a strong focus on quality candidate closures.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.




- Perform candidate screening and ensure alignment with technical and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment execution.
- Track recruitment progress and provide timely updates on open positions.
- Stay updated on talent market trends and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in domestic IT recruitment/staffing.
- Strong expertise in full-time hiring (90% focus) with proven success in candidate closures.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing.
- Experience hiring across multiple technology skill sets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Staffing company/recruitment firm experience preferred.

Education Qualification

- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA/PG in Human Resources preferred.
