Job Duties in Brief:

Your Role:

- Data and Reporting: Support daily operational workflows and asset servicing from a data and reporting perspective facilitate Ops in ensuring completeness and accuracy of position, accruals and cash data in loan/accounting systems
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct data analyses
- Create scripts to analyze and modify data, import/export scripts and execute stored procedures
- Model data by writing SQL queries/Python codes to support data integration and dashboard requirements
- Develop data pipelines that provide fast, optimized, and robust end-to-end solutions
- Leverage and contribute to design/building relational database schemas for analytics. Handle and manipulate data in various structures and repositories (data cube, data mart, data warehouse, data lake)
- Analyze, implement and contribute to building of APIs to improve data integration pipeline
- Perform data preparation tasks including data cleaning, normalization, deduplication, type conversion etc.
- Perform data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions and identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations
- Create parameterized reports, visual reports/dashbords in a reporting application such as Power BI or QLIK
- Integrating PBI/QLIK reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS)
- Building and Designing cloud applications using Microsoft Azure/AWS cloud technologies

Web Application Development, Backend Architecture Data Integration

- Contribute to the design, development, and evolution of the Citco Credit Portal a client-facing web application serving borrowers, lenders, fund clients, and internal Citco teams
- Design and maintain the PostgreSQL/Databricks backend data models that power the portal, ensuring they are system-agnostic and capable of integrating data from multiple source systems (Sentry, Investran etc.)
- Build and maintain REST APIs that serve portal front-end features including portfolio views, loan details, borrower/lender data, document management, self-service reporting, and workflow modules
- Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and product teams to ship portal features across a quarterly roadmap
- Integrate proprietary and external third-party platforms (PowerBI, Databricks) into the portal architecture

AI Agentic Workflow Development:





- Rapidly prototype and productionize AI-powered tools and agents that automate operational workflows across loan servicing and loan operations
- Develop AI agents for a broad range of use cases including (but not limited to): automated credit agreement data extraction, lifecycle event and settlement processing, reconciliation break identification and routing, complex accrual calculations, invoice/notice generation, and covenant tracking
- Build and maintain an AI-powered knowledge base enabling natural language querying of credit agreements, amendments, and internal procedures
- Implement LLM-based document parsing pipelines to extract structured data from unstructured sources PDFs, emails, spreadsheets XML and stage for straight-through processing into downstream systems
- Apply AI supervisory layers over existing data controls to add interpretive context distinguishing timing differences from genuine errors, and routing only actionable exceptions to operations teams
- Ensure all AI-generated outputs in critical workflows have defined human review processes, auditability, and explainability in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

DevOps / Cloud / Deployment:

- Containerise and deploy applications and AI tools using Docker and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Productionise prototypes on AWS, leveraging services including S3, Lambda, EC2, and managed services
- Contribute to cloud cost, performance, and security optimisation across the teams AWS footprint

About You:

Background / Qualifications

- 5+ Years in Financial Services / Financial Technology with a primary focus on loans/credit products
- Bachelor s Degree in technology/related field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ Years of SQL and/or Python experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of data concepts and tools and experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
- Well-versed with concepts and techniques of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing
- Strong database designing and SQL skills. objects development, performance tuning and data analysis
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, OLAP ETL frameworks
- Familiarity or hands on experience working with REST or SOAP APIs




- Well versed with concepts for API Management and Integration with various data sources in cloud platforms, to help with connecting to traditional SQL and new age data sources, such as Snowflake
- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) is an advantage
- Hands-on experience at least in one ETL tool (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Glue, Azure Data factory) and associated data integration principles is an advantage
- Experience of a range of debt product types - including, but not limited to, syndicated (par distressed), bilateral, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans is preferred but not essential
- Minimum 1+ year experience with Cloud platform technologies (AWS/Azure), including Azure Machine Learning is desirable. Following AWS experience is a plus:
- o Implementing cloud storage using Amazon S3
- o Serverless approaches using AWS Lambda (e.g., AWS SAM)
- o Configuring Amazon EC2 instances
- o Azure Machine Learning services
- o Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts
- o Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Advantageous to have below experience with AI and emerging technologies:
- o Exposure to LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs
- o Familiarity with AI agent orchestration tools such as AutoGen or CrewAI
- o Understanding of document intelligence tools, e.g. AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence
- o Awareness of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector) for knowledge base and semantic search
- o Understanding of AI governance principles, e.g. auditability, explainability, human-in-loop review

Previous Work Experience:

- Experience querying databases and solid programming skills: Python, SQL, PySpark etc.
- Prior experience supporting ETL production environments web technologies such as XML is an advatange
- Previous working experience on Azure Data Services including ADF, ADLS, Blob, Data Bricks, Hive, Python, Spark and/or features of Azure ML Studio, ML Services and ML Ops is an advantage
- Experience with dashboard and reporting applications like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI
