We are hiring for an International Voice Process (Customer Support) role in Hyderabad. Freshers with excellent English communication skills and candidates with relevant international voice process experience are welcome to apply.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in International Voice Process are eligible
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
- Customer-focused attitude with positive problem-solving skills

Job Details:

- Process: International Voice Process – Customer Support
- Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week offs
- Shift:



Rotational night shifts
- Cab Facility: One-way cab facility provided

Salary:

- Up to 5.2 LPA CTC
- Salary hike may vary based on current CTC and interview performance
