Role & responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing processes within defined timelines.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
- Conduct intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and support management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R)/General Ledger accounting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required
