Your Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will design, implement, and scale automation frameworks while owning the end-to-end stability of assigned services. You will drive modernization through Cloud, AI, and automation technologies (AI, Python, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX), improving efficiency and reliability.

You Will Be Responsible For

- Own task lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and no backlog aging
- Design and implement automation solutions (AI, Python, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX/Ansible)
- Lead L2/L3 incident resolution and drive root cause analysis
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and reliability standards
- Manage backlog proactively and resolve stale or misrouted tasks
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery





The Experience You Bring

- 5 8 years in automation with infrastructure and process automation experience
- Robust incident management and problem-solving skills (L2/L3 support)
- Hands-on experience with Python, ServiceNow, Power Automate, AWX/Ansible
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring tools, and system integrations
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field
