Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Infor CSI Syteline (SL9) implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Infor Syteline.
- Conduct site visits to install, configure, test, and deploy Infor Syteline applications on Shop Floor.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Infor Syteline application performance, data integrity, and system functionality.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in implementing or supporting Infor Syteline (SL9) software.
- Experience in configuring Doc Tracking module for effective document management.
- Strong understanding of QCS (Quick Check System) integration with Infor Syteline.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
