Role & responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Operations

- Manage Windows Server 2016 and 2019 environments and associated applications.
- Coordinate with global Cloud Operations (CCoE) teams for infrastructure-related tasks, configurations, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and support the MED console.
- Assist in planning and execution of maintenance activities and infrastructure changes.
- Support and coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing.

Information Security & Compliance

- Coordinate vulnerability assessment (VA) and security audit activities for internal and external applications.
- Track remediation of identified vulnerabilities in collaboration with application owners, vendors, and global teams.
- Support quarterly and annual audit evidence collection and compliance discussions.
- Ensure adherence to organization-wide IT security policies and audit requirements.
- Manage and monitor CIS policies and procedures across IT systems.

IT Service Management (ITSM)

- Handle service requests, incidents, and problem management activities in line with ITSM processes.
- Actively participate in ITSM Community of Practice (CoP) meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow up with users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication related to IT service delivery.
- Conduct security assessments for upcoming IT projects.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with multiple IT vendors and service partners for infrastructure,



security, and support services.
- Track vendor deliverables, follow-ups, and pending actions, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across IT, business, and audit teams.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

- Provide regular status updates on assigned activities to the reporting manager.
- Maintain records related to audits, service requests, vulnerabilities, and infrastructure documentation.
- Actively support IT initiatives such as BCP inputs and readiness activities

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure operations, ITSM, and security coordination roles.

Exposure to enterprise IT landscapes, preferably in manufacturing or energy sector environments
