Job Summary

We are looking for a talented AI/GenAI/LLM Engineer with 36 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building intelligent AI solutions, integrating LLMs, and developing autonomous AI agents for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and implement Agentic AI workflows using contemporary AI orchestration frameworks.
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge management.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
- Integrate AI models with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for high-quality AI responses.
- Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.
- Monitor AI model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience in LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen,



or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI Agents and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and open-source LLMs.
- Familiarity with MLOps and AI model deployment.
- Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of software development experience with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.

Nice to Have

- Experience building AI copilots or enterprise AI assistants.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, or Generative AI.
