Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in cloud-based reporting and data visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT, along with a strong understanding of insurance data models.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Power BI development and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Solid experience in the Insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).
- Good understanding of Policy, Claims, Billing, and Customer data models.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build scalable reporting solutions using Snowflake and DBT.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Analyze insurance data and deliver actionable business insights.
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and timely project delivery.
