Communicate with builders, architects, engineers, and certifiers.
Follow up with consultants for pending documentation.
Track project progress and deadlines.
Maintain project records in CRM and project management software.
Review architectural and engineering documents.
Prepare reports and update clients.
Coordinate submissions to councils and certifiers.
Ensure projects meet internal quality standards.
Escalate project risks to senior management.
AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred
