Hiring for SAP ERP Materials Management - Hyderabad
The service will provide support to users and ticket resolution, not parametrization or the implementation of projects that carry out functionality expansion.
The service will consist of 1 FTE that knows the financial modules FI and CO and preferably, knowledge of the logistics modules: SAP MM, Ariba, SAP WM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP PS.
Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional teams, and business users to address system issues.
Document all support activities, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge base.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and SAP best practices.

Key Skills/Knowledge: 6+ years of experience in SAP support and maintenance.
Knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, SAP MM, Ariba, SAP WM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP PS)
Familiarity with SAP Basis administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA or similar)
Positive communication and customer service skills
Experience required: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
IT application management
