Job Title: Executive Quality Control (HPLC / Injectables)
Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm,

Core Responsibilities:

1. HPLC Analysis & Testing

- Perform routine and non-routine HPLC analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Prepare mobile phases, standard solutions, and test samples according to approved Standard Testing Procedures (STP).
- Execute analytical methods for assay, related substances, and degradation products in strict adherence to regulatory standards.

2. Instrument Operation & Maintenance

- Operate, calibrate, and perform system suitability tests on HPLC systems.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for HPLC instruments and related analytical software (e.g., Empower 3, Chromeleon).
- Maintain accurate logbooks and calibration records for all equipment in compliance with Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP).

3. Compliance & Documentation





- Record all analytical data and results accurately, maintaining strict compliance with ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Ensure 100% compliance with plant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP regulations, and safety protocols.
- Identify and report any Out-of-Specification (OOS) or Out-of-Trend (OOT) results promptly.

4. Injectable-Specific Duties

- Ensure specialized testing for injectable products, including particulate matter analysis, preservative content, and container closure integrity if applicable.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Quality Assurance (QA) and Production departments to maintain timelines without compromising quality.
