What you will do

In this vital role you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced machine learning, operational research, semantic analysis, and statistical methods to uncover structure in large data sets. This role involves creating analytics solutions to address customer needs and opportunities.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Provide in-depth, expertise-based oversight and delivery of managed markets analysis including product formulary position, utilization management controls, customer segmentation and control/sophistication assessment.




- Produce and deliver regular performance dashboards based on complex data sources, including claims data, payer rebate data, DDD data and IDN affiliations data
- Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and data sets including medical and pharmacy claims (ex. IQVIA LAAD, Symphony Claims), prescription (ex. IQVIA NPA), outlet (ex. IQVIA DDD)
- Prepare, continuously refine and present periodic reports tracking product and portfolio performance against business objectives.
- Execute analytics plan to support payer insights from various payer datasets based on detailed understanding of related datasets i.e. Patient level claims data; Payer claims data; Formulary coverage; Specialty Pharmacy Data.
- Perform advanced analytics including longitudinal patient level analysis, time series modeling, customer segmentation and diagnostics in support of business questions
- Create data analytics models to generate strategic actionable business insights using SQL, Python and Microsoft Excel
- Leverage AI in day to day workings for continuous automation across workstreams

Basic Qualifications:

- Masters degree and 1 to 3 years of computer science, statistics or STEM majors with a minimum of 1 year of Information Systems experience OR
- Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years of computer science,



statistics or STEM majors with a minimum of 2 years of Information Systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics in the pharmaceutical industry
- Foundational understanding of US pharmaceutical ecosystem and Patient support services offerings (Copay) and other standard data sets including claims, prescription
- Robust expertise in any one of the visualization tools Tableau or Power-BI
- Experience in database languages (e.g. SQL)
- Experience with one or more analytic software tools or languages like R and Python
- Ability to think strategically to support key business decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment across different functional groups
- Demonstrated analytical skillsunderstands the strengths and limitations of different analytical approaches and their findings
- Skill in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously
- High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibits strong understanding of business strategies
