Job Title: Senior Project Manager eCommerce & ERP Integration

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale eCommerce and ERP integration projects for global clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, and managing cross-functional technical teams across the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise eCommerce implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and DevOps.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery.
- Manage client communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee UAT, Go-Live planning,



Hypercare, and project closure.
- Track project KPIs, resource utilization, and project profitability.
- Ensure smooth coordination with ERP, payment gateway, and third-party vendors.

Required Skills

- 9+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing B2B/B2C eCommerce implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Magento / Adobe Commerce.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O;/Business Central) or other ERP integrations.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project.
- Excellent client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling fixed-price projects and global delivery teams.
