Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, workflow, and system validation.
- Develop AI-assisted automation solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Create engineering productivity agents, copilots, and RAG-based knowledge assistants.




- Automate engineering and validation processes.
- Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI-agent quality, reliability, and hallucination mitigation.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and validation teams.

Required Skills

- Strong Python programming experience.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or contemporary automation frameworks.
- Experience building APIs and automation workflows.
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or other LLM ecosystems.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD systems, and cloud environments.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience with Agentic AI systems.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation.
- MCP/Tool-calling integrations.
- AI evaluation and observability tools.
- Experience with vector databases.
- Exposure to developer productivity tools.
- Experience working with product engineering or semiconductor organizations.
