Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementations and production support across multiple SCM modules. The ideal candidate will drive solution design, configuration, and post-go-live support while working closely with business stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Costing

- Act as a functional lead during implementation phases, including solution design and configuration.
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing production support, ensuring system stability and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams for complex problems.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize and enhance SCM processes.
- Prepare functional documentation such as:

- Solution Design Documents
- Configuration Workbooks
- User Guides

- Support change requests, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for:

- Integrations
- Reports
- Extensions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
- Solid hands-on experience in implementation and production support (testing-only profiles are not suitable).
- Functional expertise in:
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Costing

- Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation.
- Experience in handling support tickets, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
