Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter ( ONLY FOR State Clients)
Experience Required: 7-10 years in the same field ( Working with State Clients)
Location: Asian Sun City, Gachibowli- Miyapur Road, Kothaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500084

Work Type: Full time / Night Shift. Onsite. No Remote

Timings: 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST.

Note: Candidate must have experience working with State clients.

Skills Required:

- 7+ years of solid experience in Recruitment, preferably within US Staffing, Consulting, or Global Business Services environments.
- Should have good experience working on State Client requirements.
- Strong command of talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and networking.
- Proven ability to meet hiring deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099),



and employment classifications.
- Exceptional communication, client interaction, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, reporting tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective recruitment strategies.
- Leadership capability to coach and manage a recruitment team while handling individual requisitions independently.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor recruitment KPIs and optimize processes.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.Role & responsibilities
