- Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions for clients.
- Provide technical expertise on EC modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting & Onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot issues related to EC implementation, configuration, data migration, reporting and analytics.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM/SuccessFactors products including Employee Central.
- Solid understanding of core HR concepts such as payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance regulations etc. .
- Experience with at least one other SAP module like FICO or SD would be an added advantage.
