Role Overview

Seeking a Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to own requirement gathering, functional design, and declarative configuration across Sales & Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specs and declarative Salesforce solutions.
- Core Configuration:
- Sales Cloud: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Price Books, Products, and Forecasting.
- Service Cloud: Case Management, Queues, Assignment/Escalation Rules, Entitlements, Milestones, Omni-Channel, and Lightning Knowledge.

- Automation & Security: Build Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Consoles, and manage OWD, Roles, Profiles, and Sharing Rules.
- Data & Analytics:



Create Reports/Dashboards and execute data migration/deduplication via Data Loader.
- Delivery & Support: Lead UAT, functional workshops, and work alongside LWC/Apex developers for custom builds.

Key Requirements

- 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional consulting.
- Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201).
- Strong declarative hands-on experience (Flows, Security Model, Omni-Channel, Case Management).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum tools (JIRA/Confluence).
- Bachelors degree in CS, IT, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certifications.
- Exposure to CTI/Telephony Integrations, Salesforce CPQ, or CRM Analytics.
