- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Handle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and confidential documents with discretion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and other business documents as required.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies for smooth business operations.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience: 5-10years as a Personal/Executive Assistant; any graduate/postgraduate can apply. Experience supporting senior leadership in healthcare, corporate, or construction organizations will be an added advantage.
