Job Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Up to 16 LPA (based on experience)
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

IPDRG Medical Coder & Trainer

Experience: Minimum 1+ years

Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate IPDRG inpatient coding using ICD-10-CM & ICD-10-PCS
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements
- Maintain productivity and accuracy

IPDRG QA (Quality Analyst)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Responsibilities:

- Perform QA audits on IPDRG inpatient coding
- Identify errors and provide feedback to coders
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks

IPDRG CDI & Trainer & Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Responsibilities:

- Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness




- Communicate with physicians/coders for documentation improvement
- Ensure proper DRG assignment through accurate documentation

IPDRG Validation & Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Responsibilities:

- Validate coded data and DRG assignments
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM & ICD-10-PCS guidelines
- Identify discrepancies and ensure error-free submissions

Eligibility Criteria:

- Certification is mandatory (CPC / CCS / CIC)
- Graduation is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM & ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines
- Good analytical and communication skills
