AI Project Manager AI/ML, Data Engineering & ETL

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of AI/ML, Data Engineering, ETL, and Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of AI-driven and data-centric solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Data Engineering, ETL, and Analytics projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, BI Developers, and QA teams.
- Oversee the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.
- Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance standards.
- Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
- Drive deployment planning, release management, and production readiness.




- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and AI adoption.
- Mentor project teams and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

- 8–15 years of IT experience with 3–5 years managing AI/ML, Data Engineering, ETL, or Analytics projects.
- Experience delivering enterprise AI, cloud migration, data modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
