Junior Recruiter: 1+ Years

Senior Recruiter: 5+ Years

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source quality candidates through different portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct HR screening, schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate records,



recruitment pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire (TTH), Time-to-Fill (TTF), Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
- Perform market mapping, talent benchmarking, and competitor analysis to identify top talent.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to achieving team hiring goals.
