Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and experienced Marketing Head to lead the marketing strategy for our Electric 4-Wheeler Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV) business. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, lead generation, product positioning, and market expansion while working closely with the sales, product, and leadership teams to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

l Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Electric LCV & HCV products.

l Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across digital and offline channels.

l Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, dealer events, and fleet customer engagement programs.

l Generate qualified leads to support sales targets.

l Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.

l Develop marketing campaigns focused on fleet operators, logistics companies, transport businesses, government organizations, and institutional customers.

l Manage digital marketing, social media, PR,



content marketing, and advertising initiatives.

l Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful sales collateral and promotional materials.

l Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships.

l Track campaign performance using KPIs and optimize marketing ROI.

l Build strategic partnerships to enhance market visibility and business growth.

Required Qualifications

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

l MBA in Marketing is preferred.

l 18-25 years of marketing experience, with at least 12+ years in the Commercial Vehicle, Automotive, or Electric Vehicle industry.

l Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem, commercial vehicle market, and fleet business.

l Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.

l Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

l Willingness to travel as required.
