What you' ll do

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow QA Automation Tester with a minimum of 7 years of software testing experience and str ong expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ATF (Automated Test Framework), QA automation, AI testing, and end-to-end platform validation across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, Agentic AI, Workspaces, Service Portals, and Integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, regression, system, integration, performance, security, and AI validation testing to ensure high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Location : Remote/ Hybrid (Need to be in Hyderabad/Bangalore for 1 month initially later Remote)

Required Skills

- 7+ years of QA/testing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform testing experience.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience testing custom applications and platform configurations.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, Workspaces,



Employee Center / Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Now Assist, Agentic AI, Virtual Agent.
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF),Selenium or equivalent automation tools, API testing using Postman, Ready API, or similar tools, CI/CD integration experience, Test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or ALM

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Micro-Certification in AI or Now Assist (preferred)
- Experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementations and managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Validate ServiceNow applications across multiple environments including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, flow designer, integrations, and custom applications.
- Ensure platform quality through comprehensive functional and non-functional testing.
