Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end non-air travel operations including hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing tours, visa coordination, and itinerary planning.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and operational documentation.
- Provide accurate destination information, travel guidelines, and support to clients.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Process payments, booking reconciliations, and maintain operational records.
- Ensure timely delivery of travel vouchers, itineraries, and other travel-related documents.




- Support sales teams by providing destination expertise and operational assistance.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve operational efficiency targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of domestic and international tourism operations.
- Experience in handling hotel bookings, sightseeing arrangements, transfers, and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel reservation/CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of visa processes and destination management will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in travel operations, tourism operations, holiday package operations, or customer service within the travel industry.
- Freshers with relevant tourism education and internship experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in B2B or Corporate Travel Operations.
- Knowledge of global destinations, supplier networks, and DMC coordination.
- Exposure to international travel operations and itinerary planning.
