Job Description:

- Performed high-quality meshing of all sub-assemblies involved in full vehicle crash simulations including Front, Side, and Rear crash load cases using industry-standard CAE tools.

- Executed BIW (Body in White) meshing and model preparation for NVH, Durability, and Pedestrian Protection analysis requirements.

- Ensured mesh quality criteria compliance (aspect ratio, warpage, skewness, Jacobian) to meet solver requirements for LS-DYNA / ABAQUS / HyperMesh environments.

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to prepare complete vehicle models, ensuring proper connectivity, contact definitions, and material assignments.

- Responsible for model validation and debugging, resolving penetration issues, free edges, and element quality failures prior to analysis submission.

- Worked on mid-surface extraction, geometry cleanup, and shell meshing for complex automotive components.

- Supported CAE teams by delivering simulation-ready FE models within project timelines for multiple vehicle programs.
