What You Will Do:

- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and operating plans
- Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience
- Lead performance management practices, including goal setting, check-ins, annual reviews, and development planning
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility to build organizational capability
- Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and timely resolution, promoting a respectful and compliant work workplace
- Monitor key people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance, attendance) and provide insights and recommendations to enable data-driven decisions
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes and maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards
- Design and deliver employee engagement and employee experience initiatives (listening sessions, pulse checks, recognition, culture actions) in partnership with leaders




- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning Development to identify hiring needs, support onboarding effectiveness, and execute capability-building programs
- Support HR projects and change management initiatives, ensuring clear communications, leader enablement, and adoption
- Provide day-to-day HR consultation and support to leaders and employees, proactively resolving issues and improving the overall employee experience

What You Will Need:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to work night shift, as required

What Would Be Nice To Have:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools
