We are hiring AR Callers with experience in Physician Billing and Hospital Billing for our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid, denied, and underpaid medical claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials through effective denial management.
- Identify root causes of claim rejections and take corrective actions.
- Work on aging accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely claim reimbursement.
- Review payment postings, EOBs, and insurance correspondence.
- Escalate unresolved claims and maintain accurate documentation of follow-up activities.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

- 1 - 4 years of experience in Medical Billing AR Calling.
- Hands-on experience in Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing.




- Solid knowledge of AR Voice Process and Denial Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with US healthcare insurance guidelines and claim adjudication processes.
- Ability to work in night shifts.

Eligibility:

- Experience in AR Calling is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with strong denial management experience will be given preference.
