Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on C++ Software Development experience.
- Candidate must be a hands-on Developer. Testing/QA profiles will not be considered.
- Solid experience in developing C++ applications from scratch.
- Candidate must be currently serving the notice period.
- Only candidates with 0–15 days notice period will be considered.
- Strong experience in Embedded C, Embedded Systems, and RTOS is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP Networking and protocol debugging using Wireshark or tcpdump.
- Strong experience in Industrial Automation and Industrial Communication Protocols is mandatory.
- Experience with IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3, SNMP, and SCADA is mandatory.
- Experience with communication and file transfer protocols including FTP, FTPS, SFTP, TFTP, HTTP, ASCII, XMODEM, and YMODEM.
- Experience in ODBC Driver implementation and Database Connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with Docker.
- Good understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stable career history is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidate must be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.




- Develop communication interfaces for industrial devices and embedded systems.
- Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols.
- Develop and maintain ODBC/database connectivity components.
- Analyze customer requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Debug communication, networking, and protocol-related issues.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions.
