1. Transportation Planning for dispatches from regional plants/Hubs to C&FAs; and direct customers.
2. Indenting Trucks at regional plant and regional Hubs
3. Monitor truck placement and ensure truck placement with 24 hours
4. Review Transporters Performance in terms of timely placement, quality of delivery and on-time delivery.
5. Agree on corrective actions for issues identified and close the actions.
6. Escalate repeated performance concerns with central logistics team.
7. Monitor stock in transit and follow up with transporters.
8. Ensure PODs are collected and stored for future reference.
9. Checking accuracy of transporters bills and forward to central bill processing team for timely payment and resolve any payment issues/disputes timely.
10. Vendor relationship management for building long term partnership and reliability.
11. Support central logistics team in selecting and on-boarding new transport vendors for building capacity.
12. Implement TMS tools for transportation management for the region.
13. Run RFQ for selection of new C&FA; partners and warehouse providers for the region.
14. Estimate space requirement at C&FAs; for storage of goods in line growth targets.
15. Ensure that the required space is acquired timely through existing as well recent C&FAs.;
16. Develop and update standard operating procedures for the C&FAs.;
17.
Build C&FA; performance checklist and visit C&FAs; periodically to ensure that the standards are followed by the C&FAs.;
18. Ensure that C&FAs; unload the incoming vehicles within 24 hours and there zero detention.
19. Develop KPI dashboards for C&FAs; for performance management.
20. Hold monthly/quarterly C&FA; reviews to share their performance and agree on corrective actions and close these actions timely.
21. Ensure that customer orders are timely processed and dispatched as per the agreed SLA.
22. Ensure FMFO (first manufactured first out) is followed by the C&FAs.;
23. Conduct stock audit at C&FAs; and Hubs do RCA for stock variance and make corrections.
24. Ensure that the C&FAs; collect and upload 100% PODs in the system.
25. Monitor and claim / customer complaints and work with C&FAs; to resolve such complaints on time.

Qualification Experience:
1. Graduate Degree preferably an MBA in supply chain and operations.
2. 4 to 5 years of experience in managing C&FAs; and transportation in a FMCG/Foods/Beverages company
