Role & responsibilities

Own the end-to-end testing strategy plan, design, execute, and report across manual and automated testing for complex enterprise systems.

- Write and maintain test cases and test plans derived from requirements, mapping coverage back to acceptance criteria.
- Build and maintain automated test suites functional, regression, and integration — and know when automation adds value versus when manual testing is the right call.
- Lead security testing — identify vulnerabilities, validate authentication and authorization flows, test for common attack vectors, and verify data protection and access controls in line with enterprise and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) — the final testing phase where business users confirm the system meets their real-world needs. You'll plan sessions, prepare scenarios, guide non-technical stakeholders, capture feedback, and drive issues to resolution before go-live.
- Perform API testing — verify that back-end services return correct data, handle errors gracefully, and integrate correctly with connected systems such as the CRM.
- Run performance and load testing — validate that the system stays reliable and responsive under expected and peak usage.
- Log, track,



and triage defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, and priority; partner with developers through to closure.
- Champion quality across the team — contribute to release readiness decisions, mentor junior testers, and improve testing processes over time.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years in QA / software testing, with demonstrable ownership of testing for complex or enterprise systems.

- Strong command of both manual and automated testing — and sound judgment on where each applies.
- Proven depth in security testing — vulnerability identification, auth/access validation, and secure-data verification.
- Hands-on experience planning and coordinating UAT with business and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid API testing experience and understanding of how integrated systems (e.g. CRM-connected platforms) communicate.
- Experience with performance / load testing.
- Strong grasp of test methodologies — regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing — and how they fit a release cycle.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management practices within an agile delivery process.
- Excellent English communication and the self-direction to thrive offshore across time zones .
