This Role

Lead the onboarding and implementation of real estate fund clients into Yardi by managing data migrations, fund accounting configurations, stakeholder coordination, testing, and seamless transition to business-as-usual operations while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

- You'll lead client onboarding initiatives, including planning, execution, and coordination with country clusters to successfully transition recent business into the shared service environment.
- You'll manage end-to-end Yardi data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and go-live support for real estate fund clients.
- You'll configure fund structures, investor records, fee calculations, and reporting templates in Yardi while ensuring client-specific requirements are met.
- You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define implementation approaches,



conduct testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- You'll drive process improvement, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer activities to support scalable and efficient client onboarding operations.
