Job Description: Field Executive Manraj Motors

Job Type: Full time (On-Field)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits for vehicle inspections, evaluations, document collection, and customer support.

Handle RTO-related work, including vehicle registration, ownership transfer, insurance updates, permit processing, and bank loan documentation.

Manage vehicle movement by picking up and dropping off customer vehicles and transferring vehicles between showrooms,

workshops, and stockyards.

Visit local markets, garages, corporate offices, and commercial fleet owners to identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

Collect pending customer payments, verify documents, and ensure timely submission of all paperwork

.

Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth completion of customer requirements.





Build and maintain good relationships with customers while providing prompt field support.

Maintain accurate daily reports of field visits, completed tasks, expenses (if applicable), and submit updates to the reporting manager at the end of each day.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence and personal bike mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and documentation.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.Role & responsibilities
