Role & responsibilities
Job description:
- Preparation of Annual Report
- Shall be well versed with Corporate Laws, SEBI and Listed compliances, FEMA and RBI Provisions.
- Must have hands on experience in Laws related to Compliance of Listed Companies including SEBI(LODR) Regulations, SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (PIT) Regulations and SEBI Takeover Regulation etc.
- Shall be well versed with preparation and drafting of Agenda and minutes of Board/committee/general meeting related documents
- Should have good drafting and communication skill
- Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers.
- MIS creation on the shareholding pattern and drawing comparisons and analysis.
Managing investor grievances.
Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary (Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ICSI).
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary or Secretarial Executive in a bank, NBFC, or financial services organization.
- Experience in handling Board and Committee meetings, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate governance, and secretarial practices.
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and banking compliance requirements.
- Understanding of SEBI regulations and FEMA will be an added advantage.
- Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and compliance management tools.
